Created by people attending Art on Referral projects across Bristol, these life size figures portray the participants, their family, friends and pets.
Initially shown at Bristol City Hall
during the Culture Health and Wellbeing International Conference, then touring community events across Bristol. A new way of showing the piece is planned after lockdown.
One in four people in any crowd will have a mental health issue. Reflecting this, one in four of the portraits have a statement referring to a mental health issue, or a personal story.
